Recently, I attended the Chicago Artists’ Coalition’s 20/20 Legal workshop. Patrice’s “10 Quick + Dirty Legal Tips for Creative Entrepreneurs: Negotiating Contracts, Intellectual Property and a Little Social Media in Between” presentation was phenomenal. I love how she shows you what you can do on your own while making sure you realize what needs to be put into the hands of an attorney.
